What you've got there looks like some type of proprietary mount that we don't offer. We do however have jacks that would work.
I'd recommend having the mount removed and using a weld-on jack like the Fulton # FXP100W0301 and the # P9012-00 bracket. This is a swivel jack, so when the pop-up is hitched to the tow vehicle, pull the pin and swing up the jack so it stores parallel to the trailer frame.
